The California Freedom Blue Plan
According to the latest information, the Freedom Blue plan is considered to be a Medicare Advantage PPO plan that is available from Anthem Blue Cross of California. There are three basic policies that you can choose from. The most basic one is the Freedom Blue Classic. This policy provides the medical coverage that you are going to need, but does not provide you with any form of prescription coverage.
If you opt for Plan 1 you are going to get the Medicare Part D prescription coverage that will take care of whatever costs your Medicare insurance does not cover. Finally there is Freedom Blue Plus which gives you both the medical and the prescription coverages you are likely to need as you get older.
