Medicare members who receive parts A and B are eligible for the many different Anthem Medicare supplement offerings, which provide Medicare recipients with a means to cover any gaps in their insurance. A supplement plan is available at a low premium and there are numerous different options which place emphasis on different medical needs. Anthem Medicare Supplement plans and Medicare Advantage
In addition to Anthem Medicare supplement plans there are other ways to cover gaps in your standard Medicare package. Medicare Advantage, which was previously known as ‘Medicare Part C’, provides members with flexibility, as this option permits members to choose a private insurance provider for their Medicare benefits package. Some Medicare Advantage plans provide equal cover to the standard Medicare offering, with some restructuring of the division of benefits, and these are available at no extra premium. Others provide additional cover at a low premium.
