This low-cost plan covers hospital visits, 70% of the cost of care after the deductible is met and 100% coverage after $2,500 maximum out of pocket is satisfied. And generic prescription drugs cost only $15 when you use a pharmacy in the Blue Cross network. The plan offers a lifetime maximum of $5,000,000 in coverage. The deductible is $1,250.

Hospital BeneFits Plus

The HB Plus plan offers the same coverage as the basic plan, but adds coverage for doctors visits. This plan will pay for 50% of the cost of doctor visits and other professional services including maternity care, x-rays, and lab work, up to $500 a year. And the coverage for those services starts immediately, before you’ve met the plan’s $1,000 deductible.
